About
Made by a plant person.
Hi, I'm Josh, a web developer in Kansas City. By day I build websites with the team at Twofold Media. The rest of the time, I'm the one refilling the watering can.
DueDrop is my passion project: bringing accessibility and ease to all plant caregivers. Not everyone has a green thumb, a good memory, perfect vision, or money for another subscription, and none of that should decide whether your plants thrive. So DueDrop turns care into color-coded due dates you can read at a glance, on any device with a browser.
Why it's free
Plant care for everyone — free, easy, and accessible.
The core of DueDrop, meaning the tracker, the schedules and the care library, is free, forever. Not freemium, not a trial: free. There's no paywall waiting at the end.
If DueDrop saves your plants, you can buy me a plant 🪴. That covers the hosting and keeps everything free for everyone, photo plant identification included. Supporters get a little 🪴 badge and, if they'd like, a spot on the thank-you page. The free core never shrinks.
